ADAM J. BRYAN was appointed General Manager for Insurance Services in June, 2008. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director for Customer Satisfaction and Services at DTCC since 2006, where he led the company’s efforts to fully integrate all Customer Service functions.

As the former CEO of Omgeo, DTCC’s joint venture with Thomson Financial, Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to DTCC’s Insurance Services business at a critical juncture. With growing volumes and strong support from major insurance carriers, DTCC is poised for further expansion of Insurance Services and achieving its goal to become the preferred industry provider of variable annuity processing and compliance solutions.

As General Manager, Mr. Bryan leads day-to-day operations at Insurance Services, including product management, marketing, sales, client implementation, and relationship management.

Before joining Omgeo, Mr. Bryan was Chief Operating Officer at the Investment Management group of Thomson Financial. Prior to that, he had served as Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Financial ESG, based in Boston, and as Managing Director for ESG in Asia since January 1999.

Prior to joining ESG in 1999, Mr. Bryan served as Managing Director Asia-Pacific for Thomson Financial Publishing Group, helping to establish Thomson Financial’s publishing business in the region. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Thomson Financial’s operations in Asia.

Before joining Thomson in 1992, Mr. Bryan worked for Coopers & Lybrand, based in both Sydney and London, in their Corporate Services and Audit Divisions.

Mr. Bryan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
