

Chief Administrative Officer
KEVIN P. CAREY is the Chief Administrative Officer at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) with responsibility for Human Resources, Security, Real Estate and Facilities, Corporate Services, Customer Training, and Communications. He was named to this position in 2004. He joined the company as a Managing Director for Human Resources in 1999.
Prior to joining DTCC, Mr. Carey was Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Avis Rent-A-Car, a post he held since 1997. Before that, he worked for American Express from 1987 to 1996, holding a variety of human resources leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for American Express International. During his 25-year career, he also held leadership positions with Warner Communications, Inc., Hunter Douglas, Inc., and William Wrigley, Jr. Company.
He currently serves as a member of the Niagara University's Advisory Board and on the Athletics Board for Niagara. Additionally, he is the former Chairman of Aiesec, U.S., a global student organization and currently an advisor to the current Chairman on international relations.
Mr. Carey earned a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
