

LORRAINE HRICIK is the former Chief Executive Officer and Head of JPMorgan Treasury Services. Hricik retired in early 2008, having become a globally recognized leader in delivering technology-driven treasury, cash management, liquidity, trade finance and information solutions to corporations, financial services companies and government entities worldwide. She also served as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, the most senior group of executives in the bank.
Hricik joined Chase in 1976 from the Securities Industry Automation Corporation and had held a number of increasingly responsible positions in technology, operations, administration and finance. In the 1996 merger that created the new Chase Manhattan Bank, Hricik was selected to head the team that managed the successful technology and operations integration of the global payments systems of the flagship Chase and Chemical banks. As a result of this achievement, she was named Chief Information Officer for Chase’s Global Services sector, the operating services businesses of cash management, trust and custody now known as JPMorgan Chase Treasury & Securities Services.
Hricik currently serves as a director on the DTCC Board and is a member of the Businesses and Products Committee and Risk Committee. Hricik formerly served on The Clearing House Payments Company Board and The Clearing House Compensation Committee. She is also a past Chairperson of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Payments Risk Committee.
Hricik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
