ROBERT J. MCGRAIL is Executive Managing Director responsible for clearance, settlement, asset services and OTC derivatives globally.  In this role, he is responsible for each of these businesses for the corporation and its principal operating subsidiaries. 

Mr. McGrail joined DTC in January 1996 with responsibilities for all of the depository's Participant Services functions, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services and Training.

Previously, he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Clearing Corporation, Midwest Securities Trust Company and Securities Trust Company of New Jersey, Chicago-based companies he joined in 1988.  Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Crocker Trust Company of California. From 1970 until 1981, Mr. McGrail held various executive positions with Bradford National Corporation.

Mr. McGrail attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in mathematics
