LORI ZIVNY assumed responsibility as Managing Director and General Auditor of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in 2003.

Ms. Zivny joined The Depository Trust Company (DTC), which is now a DTCC subsidiary, in 1987, as a director.  She has held positions of increasing responsibility in Internal Audit, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive internal audit program and coordinating the activities of external auditors, federal and state bank examiners and Securities and Exchange Commission examiners.

Before coming to DTC, Ms. Zivny led management consulting initiatives from 1984 to 1987 at Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) for a variety of clients in the banking, investment services, distribution and government sectors. She also served as a senior programmer/analyst and as acting director of information systems at the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1978 to 1983.

Ms. Zivny holds a Master's in Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
