

One of the ways in which DTCC develops its leaders is through the implementation of a 360° feedback program. The goal of the program is to enable positive, measurable, long-term leadership growth. This program provides well-rounded feedback from peers, reporting staff, and supervisors. Participants in the 360° program gain insight about the skills and behaviors critical to the success of the organization and to their personal and professional development.
Our annual Performance Appraisal process is a critical component of DTCC’s future success and yours. It becomes the platform for discussions about upcoming annual goals and the skills needed to make meaningful contributions. Performance appraisals facilitate ongoing communication between employees and supervisors, identify employee training needs, and provide the basis for personal and professional development by aligning your objectives with the priorities and goals of DTCC.
DTCC provides several resources to assist and support you in getting up to speed quickly in your new role and enjoying a successful start with us. When you arrive at DTCC, you will be given access to an onboarding website that contains a great deal of foundational information about DTCC. In addition, your manager will assign you a peer advisor who will serve as your guide in learning about DTCC’s work environment, processes and people so that you can assimilate.
