Diversity Council

It's no secret that to affect change, leverage is key. The Corporate Diversity Council bolsters DTCC's efforts by working on programs that strategically educate, implement and measure the pervasiveness of diversity values as part of our organizational "DNA." The council is comprised of members from all levels within the company and is supplemented by a team of Diversity Champions who facilitate dialogue throughout the company.

Diversity Awards

In 2006, DTCC proudly received two valued diversity awards. We were named one of the "Top 10 Companies For Asian-Americans" by DiversityInc. magazine, and were honored with the National Minority Business Council (NMBC) "Outstanding Corporate Supplier Diversity Award."

We at DTCC, are not only committed to diversity in the workplace, but also realize the importance of participation in events that promote diversity within the community.

• We gauge our success through benchmarking our efforts against other organizations and surveys.
