

Summer Associates will be considered for full-time positions and entry into the 22-month rotation based Leadership Acceleration and Development Program upon successful completion of the summer program.
Program Summary:
The MBA Summer Associate Internship Program surfaces and develops organizational/industry leaders through participation in single-area assignments that provide involvement in mission-critical projects, tactical on-the-job training, and one-on-one coaching. Assignments are 10-12 weeks in duration in core areas such as Product Management, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Strategy, Human Resources and Information Services.
The MBA Summer Associate Program is results-driven, with Associates being evaluated on overall performance, achievement of goals, success of departmental projects, and demonstrated interpersonal skills, leadership potential, and technical skills. Associates will be expected to suggest ways in which to improve existing processes, reduce risk, and generate new businesses/revenue streams in ways consistent with DTCC’s values and mission.
Potential assignments include:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant business experience in financial services and/or technology
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Education: Students currently pursuing an MBA or MS
