How many Access Coordinators can one firm have?
There is no limit to the number of Access Coordinators a firm can designate. It is recommended that the firm have at least two designated Access Coordinators.
How do I update my Access Coordinator profile?

How do I request an entitlement for a DTC PTS, PBS, SMART/Search or other product?
Complete an Entitlement Request Form (MS-Word) and email it to: entitlements@dtcc.com.

Who is my assigned Relationship Manager?

How do I update (i.e. add, delete or modify) my “Registered Users” profile?
Your Access Coordinator should send an email to the Registration Support Group webrsg@dtcc.com. Make sure to include:
  • Registration Update Request Type
    • New
    • Modify Existing
    • Delete a Registered User
  • User ID
  • User Name
  • Company Name
  • Contact Telephone #
Can I get a return of my voluntary DTC Participants Fund deposit on a monthly basis?
DTC Participants can now request a return of their voluntary Participants Fund deposit on a monthly basis and be credited through their settlement account. A "DTC Participants Fund Management Quick Tips" document is available in the Clearance & Settlement User Documentation section.

The document provides procedures and a form necessary to establish the wire instructions for Participant Fund Return Requests.
