Learn more about how to use SMART/Search by accessing the Help option within the application. Simply click on the Help button within SMART/Search.

If the interest you received is from a post-payable adjustment it can be found in the comments of the ADJI function.

What are the cut-off times for Voluntary Reorganization Services?
Is there a cut-off schedule listed on the site already for each of the following?
The following cut-off times have been extended:
New Voluntary Offering Instructions (PTOP 1) 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM, EST.
New Warrant Exercise Instructions (WARR) - 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM, EST.
New Conversion Instructions (RCNV) – 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM, EST.
How do I find out the status of a PINS inquiry?

PINS - Use the "Notification inquiry option" to determine the status of your inquiry and other processing information. As of June 1, 2009 inquiries are submitted through WINS and email notifications are sent to the requestor advising of changes in status.

How do I check on the status of a withdrawal-by-transfer?
To see if your withdrawal-by-transfer updated the day after you entered it, use the PTS function AWTI.
To check the transfer status of a previously updated withdrawal use the PTS function STSE.

NOTE: In PBS, use the JPTS link to enter the PTS environment.
