Mutual Fund Services

In order to utilize DTCC's Mutual Fund Services, participants are required to be members of National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). NSCC is committed to serving the growing needs of all of its customers. Applicants are asked to satisfy reasonable requirements in order to ensure the financial integrity of the system.

Distributor Membership
Distributor Membership is available to any Investment Adviser, Broker/Dealer, Self Distributing Mutual Fund, Insurance Company, Bank or Trust who is a principal underwriter, co-distributor or sub-distributor. Organizations must also meet NSCC requirements.

Bank or Trust Company Membership
Bank or Trust Company Membership is available to any bank or trust company that meets NSCC requirements.

Insurance Company Membership
Insurance Company Membership is available for any Insurance Company that meets NSCC requirements and would like to utilize Mutual Fund Services products.

Data Services Only Membership
Data Services Only Membership is designed for those firms that want to access mutual fund information without money settlement capabilities.

TPA Membership
TPA Membership is available for any organization or entity that acts as a third party administrator on behalf of a defined contribution plan.

Broker/Dealer Membership
Broker/Dealer Membership is available for any broker/dealer that meets NSCC requirements and is registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
