Customer Service

The CDTS Output Dashboard, or "Dashboard," gives customers access to information about DTCC output through a browser-based tool designed to quickly and easily access documented committed delivery times. Additionally, the Dashboard includes real-time status updates in the event of a delay for a particular output, estimating when the output will be available.

Benefits

The Dashboard provides a single access point where customers can ascertain the availability of key data from DTCC throughout the day, allowing firms to manage downstream processing more easily and make adjustments to their DTCC-related internal processes. It provides:

• Timely status updates on the availability of the batch file output customers receive from DTCC subsidiaries
• Notifications on delayed transmissions
• Time estimates for output availability

The Dashboard launched in July 2009 as a pilot program with a few firms, and is now open to all DTCC customers.

Registration and Access

To register to use the Dashboard, customers should contact the DTCC Access Coordinator (AC) within their firm. Customers who do not know their AC or do not have one at their firm should click here to contact DTCC's Web Registration Support Group.

Training and Support

The CDTS Dashboard Quick Reference guide answers basic questions about the service. The guide covers key topics such as:

• Searching Outputs
• The Product Finder
• Setting up Alerts and Notifications
