Getting started with Participant Browser Services (PBS) for current members of DTC utilizing PTS and for those interested in becoming a member of DTC and utilizing PBS.

I am an existing member of DTC currently utilizing PTS

  • Step 1: In order to implement your DTCC SMART dedicated circuit for PBS, you need a Smart Router Information Exchange Form. To receive that form, please contact DTC's Participant Interface Planning Group (PIP). This form identifies security requirements, routing protocol and IP addresses. You will also identify your firewall and router information that will route IP traffic from DTCC to your internal IP network.
  • Step 2: E-mail your completed DTCC Smart Router Information Exchange Form to PIPSetup@dtcc.com.
  • Step 3: Once the form is received, within 48 hours you will receive an e-mail containing the request number assigned to your PBS application. (Note: You should always refer to this number when making inquires regarding the status of your request.)
  • Step 4: Within approximately 10 business days, you will receive an email from DTCC's Network Engineering & Operations Group (NEO) confirming that changes are completed. In addition, you will receive contact information regarding testing.

Questions regarding these steps or the Smart Router Information Exchange Form can be directed to DTC's Participant Interface Planning Group.
