Web Inquiry Notification System (WINS)

The Web Inquiry Notification System (WINS) replaces the Participant Inquiry Notification System (PINS)1 for entry and management of new customer inquiries.

Benefits

WINS streamlines the process by which participants submit and monitor inquiries and requests to DTC:

  • Guided drop-down menu for each inquiry type eliminates the need for customers to determine department and activity codes.
  • Management of all inquiries from start to finish.
  • Enhanced inquiry/request processing will improve resolution timeliness.
  • Notifications automatically sent via email when the status of an inquiry changes. This applies to phone inquiries that require research.

Accessing WINS

For PBS Users
A link to WINS is available on the PBS home page. Existing PINS users have access to WINS using their existing password.

For PTS Users
After WINS is released June 1, 2009, PTS users will not be able to input inquiries or requests to DTC via PINS. However, PTS PINS users will be able to access WINS automatically, using their current PTS ID and password via the link "Access WINS" on this page.

For New Users
If you require access to WINS, please have your Access Coordinator send an email to entitlements@dtcc.com requesting the WINS entitlement.
