About DDRJ
In line with the G20 recommendations, JFSA has mandated the reporting of OTC derivatives transactions either directly to the Agency or to a third-party trade repository. DTCC has established a Japanese OTC derivatives trade repository, which was given regulatory approval by JFSA in April 2013 for mandatory OTC derivatives transactions reporting. Operated by DTCC Data Repository (Japan) K.K., it is the first trade repository to be approved and established for the Japanese market.
