The DTCC Commercial Paper and Institutional Certificates of Deposit Data Service (CP/Institutional CD), a service offering of DTCC Solutions LLC (DTCC Solutions), is a compiled data set of CP/Institutional CD transactions that are settled at The Depository Trust Company (DTC).

  Through DTC, DTCC processes and settles approximately $300 billon each day in new issuances, maturities and turnaround deliver orders for Commercial Paper and Institutional Certificates of Deposit.  DTCC Solutions now makes this CP/Institutional CD transactional data available to you. 

• Composition of the Data

  The DTCC CP/Institutional CD Data is derived from DTC settled Dealer Turnarounds and Directly Placed Paper Transactions. This data can be delivered three times daily:

  • 12PM ET, 3PM ET and 7PM ET
  • Intraday – 12:00 PM ET and 3:00 PM ET
  • End of Day – 7:00 PM ET

  The data fields offered through the Service include, but are not limited to:

  • Security ID
  • Security Description
  • Product Type
  • Issuer Name
  • Settlement Date
  • Maturity Date
  • Principal Amount
  • Settlement Amount
  • Interest Rate
  • Interest Rate Type

  Neither DTC nor DTCC Solutions validates any data that DTC participants have entered into the DTCC systems for processing and settlement of CP/Institutional CD transactions.
