Upon signing up for a new DTCC product, our sales team will work with you to assess your business needs and identify the right solution for your firm. You will than be assigned to a member of our Global Onboarding, Integration & Professional Services team who will act as your primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle of your project, from project kickoff until successful production go live. Our global team of consultants combines extensive knowledge of DTCC’s products with industry best practices to support you through all aspects of your project. Prior to go live, our learning team will provide hands-on interactive training to ensure you are prepared for production.
