The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is a limited purpose trust company that provides central securities depository and related services to members of the securities, banking and other financial industries.

DTC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.

National Securities Clearing Corporation

National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) is a clearing agency registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that provides various services to members of the financial community, consisting principally of securities trade comparison, clearance and settlement.

NSCC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.

Fixed Income Clearing Corporation

Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) is a clearing agency registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that provides various services to participants of the government and mortgage-backed securities markets, consisting principally of automated real-time trade comparison, netting, settlement, trade confirmation, risk management and electronic pool notification.

FICC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.
