

DTCC has been conducting Information Forums at cities in the United States and Canada, sending teams of relationship managers to meet with customers.
“We developed this program in response to customer comments requesting more face-to-face communication with DTCC about products and services, and corporate initiatives,” said Ann Vece, DTCC vice president, Relationship Management. “It’s a great opportunity to bring groups of customers together in one location to share information and industry insights, and it enables DTCC to obtain first-hand feedback directly from the people who use our services.”
Here’s a list of forums that have been scheduled to date. At the June 9 forum in New York, speakers will include several DTCC product management and customer service executives.
May 28: Montreal, hosted by the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited
May 29: Toronto, hosted by the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited
June 9: New York at DTCC’s offices.
