Putting customers first is the backbone of how DTCC does business. For DTCC's insurance industry customers, the frontline resource for ensuring their strategic and tactical needs are met is the Insurance Services team.
The team is the customer's advocate and voice regarding insurance processing at DTCC. Customers can count on Insurance Services for help in automating and standardizing their operations, meeting new regulatory requirements, expanding distribution channels, minimizing risk, reducing costs, and facilitating the continued business growth they are striving to achieve. The team's No. 1 priority: ensuring they meet customers' expectations for the highest-value service.
Over the past year, Insurance Services has realigned and augmented its staff with industry professionals who offer customers in-depth knowledge and experience.
