DTCC Board of Directors Elects Michael C. Bodson President and CEO
DTCC announced on April 23 that its Board of Directors has elected Michael C. Bodson, currently Chief Operating Officer, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective July 1. Bodson succeeds Donald F. Donahue who will retire at the end of July.
