

Mark Lancaster
Mark Lancaster has joined DTCC’s Wealth Management Services area as a vice president, Product Management, with responsibility for the new Alternative Investment Products solution, which is currently awaiting approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Lancaster will be in charge of developing a client base and building industry recognition in order to accelerate industry adoption of the services. In this newly created position, he will be resposible for developing expanded functionality and installations.

He brings a wealth of experience that will help us drive the business and expand risk- and cost-control efficiencies to the growing number of firms in the alternative investment space,” said Ann Bergin, managing director and general manager, Wealth Management Services.
Lancaster was most recently with Fortis Bank where, as a director in the New Business Development area, he marketed fund administration and banking services to hedge funds and funds of hedge funds within the Fortis Prime Fund Solutions division.
Prior to that he worked in London for both The Bank of New York (BNY) and UBS. At BNY, he was client executive in charge of the Hedge Fund and Broker/Dealer team, building the industry’s leading book of clearance business with European inter-dealer brokers. At UBS, as executive director, he headed a team focused on delivering credit and service products to broker/dealers and other financial institutions. Lancaster also spent six years at BNY’s New York headquarters in various management, sales and commercial banking roles.
He holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
