DTCC Promotes Carol Jameson to Vice President / Senior Counsel

New York, December 20, 2000 - Carol Jameson, an attorney in the general counsel’s office at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), has been promoted to vice president and senior counsel at the company.

Ms. Jameson joined The Depository Trust Company (DTC), a DTCC subsidiary, in 1998 following its merger with the Participants Trust Company (PTC). She worked in the PTC’s general counsel’s office starting in 1992 and, prior to that, was an associate in the corporate department at two Manhattan-based law firms, Proskauer Rose LLP and Kaye Scholer.

She received her undergraduate degree from Bennington College and earned her law degree at New York Law School with summa cum laude honors.
