All DTCC Subsidiaries Open for ‘Business As Usual,' Despite Threat of Transit Strike
DTCC said today that it would be open for "business as usual" to clear and settle trades from U.S. markets, even in the event of a city-wide transit strike in New York City tomorrow.

DTCC Announces Fee Reductions for 2006 Totaling More Than $161 Million
DTCC today announced 2006 fee changes for its subsidiaries that implement net fee reductions totaling $161.3 million, the largest net reduction in fees ever made by DTCC. The fee changes, which will generally take effect January 2, 2006, are being made across DTCC's subsidiaries including National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), The Depository Trust Company (DTC) and Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC).

ADP and DTCC to Offer Joint Tax Information Reporting Service

GFI, ICAP, and Tullett Prebon Work with DTCC to Launch Independent Multi-Broker Electronic Check Out Service
Leading inter-dealer brokers GFI Group (GFI), ICAP, and Tullett Prebon have announced that they intend to launch a common electronic check out service for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. The service, which can apply to trades executed anywhere in the world, will be operated by DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.
