Information in this section helps participants direct inquiries to the Deriv/SERV team.
Clients should send their Deriv/SERV inquiries to the following mailboxes:
- All Settlement and Credit Event related inquiries: Derivserv_Operations@dtcc.com
- All Credit Trade Confirmation inquiries (inclusive of Warehouse and Backload): DS_Credit_Inquiries@dtcc.com

Effective October 29, 2007, we have further enhanced the telephone hotline menu. Several new options will facilitate the routing of inquiries to the proper individuals within the Deriv/SERV client services group. Client Services will be staffed by with product specialists beginning Monday at 3:00AM New York / 8:00AM London through Friday at 6:00PM New York / 11:00PM London.
