DTCC's GCA @Source for Reference and Event Data is a comprehensive Web application that provides quick and easy browser access to security data collected and maintained for the over two million securities eligible for processing by DTCC's depository subsidiary,The Depository Trust Company (DTC).

Accessible over the Internet through SMART (DTCC's Securely Managed And Reliable Technology) and presented in an easy-to-navigate graphical interface, users can log in to GCA @Source for publicly available descriptive and event data for all DTC-eligible securities, viewing any current, historical or future announced events.

Who Can Use This Service

A valuable additional source of corporate action information, GCA @Source is available to anyone who has an interest in issue descriptive or event data, especially those firms that are not full participants of DTCC. Banks, broker/dealers and investment managers can all benefit from easy access to GCA @Source.

There is also good news for DTCC customers that are direct members - GCA @Source is also available to DTCC's customers' front and middle offices, areas that might  otherwise require an actual network connection to DTCC.

How the Service Works

At the application URL, https://pbs.dtcc.com/PBSInfo, access is granted to individual users via a unique, proprietary I.D. and password.
