New IPS Customer?

If you have not completed the membership process successfully or wish to register for Data Services Only (DSO), click here.

If you are new to the IPS implementation process, the CIG is organized to allow you to access information as a training tool. To learn the process in sequential order, click on the Next Phase link at the bottom of each page.

Existing IPS Customer?

The guide is organized to allow you to access information as a reference tool. To navigate to key sections:

  • Phases. Click the links in the navigation bar to go directly to the main page of the phase you want to get information on.
  • Related Links. Click links to manuals, record layouts, standards, forms, etc.
  • Resolution Center. Click the links to get answers to frequently asked implementation questions, reject code error messages, and contact information.
