The I&RS CIG is designed to:

• Guide new I&RS customers through the initial implementation process.
  • If you have not completed the membership process, click here.
• Assist existing I&RS customers who are upgrading their service options and implementing new products.


• Serve as a central portal to the resources needed to complete the implementation process.

The organization of the guide will allow you to access information as a training and reference tool.
