Introduction
The IPS Customer Implementation Guide (CIG) is designed to:
- Guide new IPS customers through the initial implementation process
- Guide existing IPS customers who are upgrading their service options
- Serve as a central portal to the resources needed to complete the implementation process.
CIG is primarily intended for those functioning in the administrative and/or system developer roles for insurance carriers and distributors preparing to use the IPS system.
