Exams can be taken at either of DTCC's training facilities in New York and Tampa or at a site that meets the following criteria established by DTCC Learning.

Test Site Requirements

The test location must be endorsed by the sponsoring officer and meet the following criteria:

• Test room must be enclosed and separate from test takers' work environments (for example, a classroom or a training center)
• Test room must have Internet access
• Test room computers must have the following software:
• • Flash Player 6.0 or higher
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

Proctor Requirements

If the exam will be taken at the applicant's workplace, the sponsoring officer from the applicant's organization must name an individual at that location to perform the following proctor responsibilities:

• Verify test takers' identities at the test site
• Remain in the test room for the duration of the exam to ensure that test takers are not accessing e-learning courses, outside Web sites, or any supporting materials while taking the exam
• Ensure test starts and ends during designated timeframes
• Sign a form authenticating the foregoing at the conclusion of the exam.

The sponsoring officer must attest to the accuracy and correctness of this information on the application.
