You can request assistance with any event by using the Contact Us link on the menu bar.
From any page in CA Web, click Contact Us.
The Contact Us window appears.
Click the here link in the text.
The Create WINS Inquiry page appears.
Enter any information related to your inquiry.
If you enter a CA ID, the fields will automatically populate with that event’s information. You then need to select the issue you are having from the Issue drop-down menu and type any comments in the Comments box.
If you do not enter a CA ID, you must enter the CUSIP, select values for the Event and Issue fields, and type any comments in the Comments box.
Click Browse to select a file for attachment, if applicable.
Click Send to submit your WINS inquiry.
A verification box appears, asking you to confirm the submission.
Click OK.
A Success message informs you that your WINS request was sent successfully.
