eLearning

DTCC Learning provides access to Web-based electronic training courses ("eLearning") to build users' skills and increase their knowledge of selected DTCC subsidiaries' products and services. Users can learn on their desktops at their own pace and schedules. In addition to traditional text, each course includes audio and multimedia components that further reinforce critical topics. The structure of the courses provides a set of building blocks, which allow the learner to start with the basics and advance to more complex topics and problem resolution case studies. Pre-course assessments allow users to measure their knowledge gaps, while users demonstrate what they've learned through the post-course assessments.

 

In order to take a course, you must first enroll in our learning management system (LMS). Once you are enrolled in the LMS, you can register for any course at any time.

Classroom Training

Trainers who are expert in the business of DTCC's subsidiaries conduct courses designed to provide our customers and employees with the knowledge they need to use every day as they use DTCC's products, services and application to conduct their business. These instructors are available to conduct classroom training, for a fee, at DTCC or at customers' sites.

Webinars

A Webinar is a live, interactive session using software that allows our trainers to deliver hands-on training online.

A Webcast is a prerecorded training session (classroom or Webinar) delivered online and available at all times.

Customized Learning Solutions

Customized  Customer Training is offered to customers who have specific interest in learning that is either not offered in our courses or is requested in addition to our course offering. The specific training needs will be discussed with a training consultant who will work with the customer to develop a customized learning solution.
