The following is a summary of 2008 holidays and the changes in operations and schedules for NSCC Mutual Fund Services. Please note that this applies to Mutual Fund Services only. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges and all New York banks will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2008 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Monday, January 21, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Monday, January 21, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Monday, January 21, 2008.
PRESIDENTS’ DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges and all New York banks will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2008 in observance of Presidents’ Day. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Monday, February 18, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Monday, February 18, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Monday, February 18, 2008.
GOOD FRIDAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges will be closed on Friday, March 21, 2008 in observance of Good Friday. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Friday, March 21, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Friday, March 21, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Friday, March 21, 2008. The Networking system WILL be available for processing on Saturday, March 22, 2008.
MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges and all New York banks will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2008 in observance of Memorial Day. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Monday, May 26, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Monday, May 26, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Monday, May 26, 2008.
INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges and all New York banks will be closed will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2008 in observance of Independence Day. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Friday, July 4, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Friday, July 4, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Friday, July 4, 2008. The Networking system WILL be available for processing on Saturday, July 5, 2008.
LABOR DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
National Securities Clearing Corporation, the New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges and all New York banks will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2008 in observance of Labor Day. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
No ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity will be accepted on Monday, September 1, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No Mutual Fund Commission Settlement activity will be accepted on Monday, September 1, 2008. - FUND/SERV AND NETWORKING:
No Fund/SERV or Networking activity will be accepted on Monday, September 1, 2008.
COLUMBUS DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
New York banks will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2008 in observance of Columbus Day. The New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges will be open for trading on Monday, October 13, 2008. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect.
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity processed on Monday, October 13, 2008 will settle on Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Please note that funds will not receive Record Type 018 records on Friday, October 10, 2008 but will on Monday, October 13, 2008. MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
No settlement of Mutual Fund Commission Settlement will occur on Monday, October 13, 2008. Activity submitted on Friday, October 10, 2008 through Monday, October 13, 2008 will settle on Tuesday, October 14, 2008. FUND/SERV:
No settlement of Fund/SERV activity will occur on Monday, October 13, 2008.
The following changes will be made to Fund/SERV output schedules:

New York Banks will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in observance of Veterans Day. The New York, American, and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges will be open for trading on Tuesday, November 11, 2008. The following changes in NSCC’s operations and schedules will be in effect:
- ACATS - FUND/SERV INTERFACE:
ACATS - Fund/SERV Interface activity processed on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 will settle on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Please note that funds will not receive Record Type 018 records on Monday, November 10, 2008 but will on Tuesday, November 11, 2008. - MUTUAL FUND COMMISSION SETTLEMENT:
