Susan Yung

Susan Yung joined Bank of America in 2016 and is the head of Global Markets Operations. In this role, Susan is responsible for setting the strategic direction and delivering integrated operation solutions in support of Global Markets clients.

Susan was previously the global head of Securities Core Trading Operations within Global Banking & Market Operations and the Global Technology & Operations executive for Latin America and Canada. She was responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing Securities Core Trading Operations for Global Markets client base. Susan was also the primary Operations support partner for Global Equities. In her Global Technology & Operations role for Latin America and Canada, she had oversight for all regional T&O functions, in partnership with global and regional leaders.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Susan worked for Goldman Sachs as the co-head of Operations in India and held various global and regional securities operations roles in New York. She played an active role in diversity and nonprofit organizations and served on the board for YWCA and Asian Women in Business prior to relocating to India. Susan worked for JP Morgan Chase in their private bank for seven years before joining Goldman Sachs in 2000. She held various roles in sales, change management and operations and spent more than four years in Singapore, one year in London and two years in New York.

Susan earned a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
