Susan Cosgrove

Susan Cosgrove is Managing Director and President, Clearing & Securities Services, leading all DTCC clearing and securities services businesses, including Equity Clearing and Settlement, Fixed Income Clearing, Wealth Management Services & Asset Services and Institutional Trade Processing (ITP). She is a member of the DTCC Management Committee, Management Risk Committee and the Investment Management Committee. In addition, Susan is Chair of the ITP Board of Managers. Susan also serves as a Board member of WisdomTree (WETF) and Ultimus Fund Solutions.

Prior to her current role, Susan held several executive-level positions at DTCC, including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer; General Manager of Settlement and Asset Services; and General Manager of DTCC’s Equity and Fixed Income Clearing Services. Before joining DTCC, Susan was a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers and also worked at Maxcor Financial Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a certified public accountant.
