Timothy Keady is Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, leading DTCC’s global Sales, Relationship Management, Partners, Client Services and Marketing & Communications functions. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving the firm’s client strategy across all DTCC products and services. Tim also oversees several DTCC businesses, including Repository & Derivatives Services, Consulting Services and Data Services. He is a member of the DTCC Management Committee and the Investment Management Committee. In addition, Tim is nominated to serve as Chair of the DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC Board of Directors and the boards of DTCC Data Repository (U.S.) LLC; DTCC Derivatives Repository Plc; and DTCC Data Repository (Ireland) Plc.

Previously, Tim served as Managing Director, President of DTCC Solutions and Chief Client Officer (CCO). In this capacity, he led a number of DTCC business lines, including Institutional Trade Processing (ITP), Repository & Derivatives Services, Consulting Services and Data Services as well as managed the firm’s client-facing teams. He also served as the ITP Board Chair for 10 years.

Prior to joining DTCC, Tim was Managing Director, Sales & Solution Delivery, for Omgeo prior to DTCC’s acquisition of the firm. In this role, he oversaw the sales, relationship management, global partners, global marketing, sales planning & execution and integration teams. Before joining Omgeo, Tim was an account executive at Thomson Financial ESG. He has also held sales positions at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Co. and Keystone Mutual Funds.
