DTCC has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers for Diversity for 2020. The recognition marks DTCC as one of the top 500 employers that boasts the most diverse boards and executive ranks and the most proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives in corporate America.

Forbes determined the list with research partner Statista to survey 60,000 Americans working for business with at least 1,000 employees in the US. The survey focused on issues related to age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+ and general diversity concerning their own employer. In addition, Forbes examined each firms’ employer diversity policies and diversity in executive suites and on boards.
Bodson adds, “This distinction, along with our recognition as a two-time recipient of Forbes’ Best Mid-Size Employer (2018 and 2019) reinforces DTCC’s reputation as an employer of choice in financial services.”
DTCC employs more than 4,500 people across 23 global locations with around 3,500 in the United States, working in Jersey City, New York City, Tampa, Boston, Dallas and Washington, DC offices.
