The new navigation guide is empowering DTCC clients to optimize and personalize their online learning experience to reach their product implementation and educational goals.
With DTCC Learning’s services, clients can gain in-depth knowledge in a wide range of topics to help their organization successfully make the most out of their investment in DTCC products and services. Always focused on continual improvement, DTCC Learning has recently focused their attention towards helping clients more easily navigate their way through the Learning Center.
“Many clients know the Learning Center is there for their use 24/7, but some don’t know how to quickly locate relevant resources to help answer their questions and meet their educational needs,” Robin Choudhury, Director of Brand Management and Client Learning explained. “We want to show clients how to efficiently find the right content and how to customize their experience to ultimately create more value for themselves and their organizations.”
The Learning Center interactive navigation guide focuses on two categories: “Find Your Content” and “Customize Your Experience.” Each includes four topics for clients to explore—an easy-read with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
“The navigation guide was designed to be a quick visual resource,” Choudhury said. “We want clients to gain new insights on the Learning Center, but importantly, we want them to be able to find the information they need to be able to do their jobs, as relates to DTCC, more effectively.”
The Learning Center gives clients and their teams a deeper understanding of DTCC’s services, which helps provide greater efficiencies and lowers risk as they complete their day-to-day transactions.
