Donna Milrod, DTCC CAO

Donna Milrod joined DTCC as Chief Administrative Officer in October and was quickly thrown into the eye of the superstorm. “Donna’s first few weeks have been anything but dull – and we are all extremely grateful she’s on board,” said Michael Bodson, DTCC CEO and President.

The new CAO hit the ground running and has not stopped since. “Donna has been instrumental in DTCC’s business resumption efforts for operations, the restoration process for physical securities and in working with partners and vendors to ensure we remain fully operational,” said Bodson. “She also manages security, so it’s been something of a baptism by fire.”

Milrod noted that the experience has given her incredible insight into DTCC, its people and its role in the industry. “I was fully aware of DTCC’s reputation for excellence before joining the company,” she said. “Now in a few short weeks, and under extremely tough circumstances, I have seen how DTCC operates from the inside – and it has been extraordinary. The caliber of the people and their dedication to ensuring there were no disruptions to the U.S. markets are truly remarkable. I am immensely proud to work at DTCC and honored to be part of the team.”
