The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation’s (DTCC) 2012 Annual Report, “Securing Today. Shaping Tomorrow,” earned a Silver Portfolio Award for “Best Annual Report (Business to Business)” by the Financial Communications Society (FCS) – the leading organization representing the financial services marketing community.
This marks the second honor for the Annual Report, which was also awarded the “Best in Class Award” from The Interactive Media Council, the highest recognition for this category.
The 2012 Annual Report was the first-ever digital Report produced in the company’s history, and it served as the official launching point for DTCC’s rebranding initiative.
“The Annual Report is an important channel for communicating with our stakeholders and providing them an overview of our corporate strategy as well as the progress we’re making on key initiatives to support the industry,” said Marie E. Chinnici-Everitt, DTCC Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer. “The Annual Report is one element in a much broader strategy to demonstrate DTCC’s thought leadership and to help raise awareness around the work we are doing to mitigate risk, reduce costs and create market efficiencies for our clients.”
This year's Portfolio Awards competition included 475 entries, with Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies awarded in a wide range of communications categories. A panel of 29 senior marketing and creative executives from financial services firms and agencies served as the judging committee selecting this year’s winners.
