Chief Learning Officer magazine recently recognized DTCC Learning with a 2016 Silver LearningElite award, which was presented earlier this month at the Spring CLO Symposium in Amelia Island, Fla. This is the second consecutive year DTCC has received this honor. Chief Learning Officer magazine is a multimedia publication focused on the importance, benefits and advancements of a properly trained workforce. The publication’s content caters specifically to executives in the enterprise learning market.

Separately, the Society for Technical Communications (STC) presented DTCC with two Awards of Excellence and two Awards of Merit for its client-facing learning programs.

Silver LearningElite Organization

The LearningElite program honors the best organizations for learning and development. This robust, peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program recognizes organizations that employ exemplary workforce development strategies that deliver significant business results. The award is based on a number of factors, including strategy, implementation, executive leadership support and use of technology.

“The DTCC Learning team is focused on delivering innovative learning solutions for clients,” said Kaliym Islam, Executive Director, DTCC Learning. “Being named as a Silver LearningElite organization for the second year in a row demonstrates the organization’s relentless commitment to keep our clients up-to-date on the services provided by DTCC’s subsidiaries."
