The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has announced its follow up event to the sold-out 2016 Blockchain Symposium. The 2017 DTCC Fintech Symposium has been scheduled for the afternoon of March 1 at the Grand Hyatt New York. While this year’s event focused on the potential applications of blockchains and distributed ledger technologies for financial services, the upcoming event will focus on the impact of a broader scope of transformative technologies on the post-trade ecosystem, market structure and market practices, as well as regulatory and policy objectives.
Agenda topics at the 2017 DTCC Fintech Symposium will include:
- The Impact of Powerful Digital Forces on the Global Financial Market Infrastructure
- DLT: Hard Lessons Learned 1 year after DTCC’s Blockchain Symposium
- Cloud Computing Driving Rapid Business Innovation
- Robotics & Automation in Finance
Further details around the event, including the full symposium agenda, registration details, and early bird pricing will be released in January.
