As DTCC’s one-stop shop for learning resources, DTCC Learning (DTCCL) is committed to helping clients optimize their use of DTCC’s suite of products and services through comprehensive education programs that include live and recorded webinars, tutorials, user guides, self-paced training modules and other resources.

To help clients make the best use of the Learning Center, DTCCL has published DTCC Learning Center Registration and Navigation, a reference guide that provides simple-to-follow steps and visuals. A few of the topics covered in the user manual are:

• How to register with the Learning Center.
• How to set up a learning profile, including selecting products of interest, setting up customized dashboards and subscribing to daily or weekly email notifications for updates on relevant learning content.
• How to access learning resources for all products across DTCC business lines.

GTR Report Reconciliation Overview (A top 10 Webcast!)

This course provides clients with an overview of the Inter/Intra trade repository Reconciliation process (ESMA only), as well as the client Books and Records Reconciliation process (Cross-Jurisdiction).

MBS Novation Guides (New!)

These guides provide an overview of The MBS Novation project, a conversion to operational novation and a simplification of the netting and settlement process, and will enable the Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (“MBSD”) of the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) to retire certain inefficient processing.

ACATS Overview - Part 5 (New!)

This is part 5 of a video series that provides an overview of the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS), a system that automates and standardizes procedures for the transfer of assets in a customer account from one brokerage firm and/or bank to another. ACATS enables participants to efficiently and automatically enter, review, and generate instructions to settle the transfer of customer accounts.
