On the Welcome to Corporate Action Services homepage, roll your mouse over Elective Dividends and click Dividend Reinvestment.
The Eligible Announcement List page appears, containing a list of active elections in cutoff date order and the services the announcement is eligible for. The title on the page is prefaced with the option you selected (e.g., Dividend Reinvestment Eligible Announcement List).
Type a CUSIP number in the CUSIP field or use the Security Finder magnifying glass icon to find the CUSIP you want.
Type a participant number in the Participant ID field (group users only) to view announcements for a specific participant.
Change the value in the Status field to Reinvestment Eligible CUSIP Inquiry.
Click Search.
The Reinvestment Eligible CUSIP Inquiry page appears.
Type a CUSIP number in the CUSIP field or use the Security Finder magnifying glass icon to find the CUSIP you want.
Click View to access the Activity Inquiry page.
Click Delete to delete the [what?? - see the email I sent you yesterday].
Click the CUSIP to access one of the following pages:
The Standing Instruction Add page (see Adding a Standing Instruction) if no instructions were entered for this CUSIP
The Standing Instruction Update page (if you previously entered instructions for this CUSIP).
Type in all required information and click Submit.
