The EDS Approval Process Overview

The Elective Dividend Service (EDS) offers an automated election instruction approval process accessible through Participant Browser Service (PBS). The Approval Process may be used for the following EDS services:

• Cash-in Lieu/Round Up

• Dividend Reinvestment Program

• Foreign Currency Payments

• Optional Dividend Distribution

• TaxRelief

The purpose of this Online Help is to familiarize The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") Participants with Corporate Actions Services functionality. Participants should refer to the Rules of DTC and other applicable Self-Regulatory Organizations for the legal obligations of all parties concerned.
