Viewing Pending Activity

You view pending activity by opening the Pending Activity Inquiry page from the Settlement Services menu. The Pending Activity Hold Summary page and the Pending Activity Cancel Summary page, which contain summaries of your held and cancelled transactions respectively, are both accessed from the Pending Activity Inquiry page by clicking the appropriate hyperlinks.

You can retrieve and filter various types of pending transactions (i.e. collateral, debit cap, etc.) by using one of the following combinations:

  1. From the Settlement Services menu, in the Transaction Status Inquiry area, select Pending Activity. You can also access pending activity by clicking the Settlement Tools button on the Settlement Services toolbar.

    The Pending Activity Inquiry page opens displaying all your items pending for all positions in all CUSIPs (default).
