Viewing Eligible CUSIPs

Use the following procedure to view securities that are eligible for conversion.

From the Corporate Action Services home page, in the Instructions and Inquires area, click Participant/Reorg Conversions.

If prompted, enter your user ID and password.

The Conversion Inquiry Service- Main Menu page appears
In the Option field, select 1 - Eligible CUSIPs (All CUSIPS) from the drop-down list.
Click Submit.

The Convertible CUSIP Summary screen appears, displaying by CUSIP a list of securities that are eligible for conversion.
To view conversion activity for a specific security, click the Command checkbox next to the CUSIP.

The Conversion Activity screen appears. If there is no conversion activity for this particular CUSIP, a message to that effect appears at the top of the screen.
