DTCC Derivatives Repository Plc (“DDRL”) is DTCC’s registered UK TR and MiFD/R ARM, operating under the supervision of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). London-based DDRL enables firms to comply with the rules for regulatory reporting as set out in the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive/Regulation (MiFID/R), and the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR).
