Igor Modlin

Igor Modlin serves as a DTCC Board Member and chief operating officer of Global Prime Services and global head of Prime Services Client Experience, Product Development and front-to-back efforts at Goldman Sachs. He is also responsible for Prime Digital Strategy for the business. Prior to his current role, Igor was global head of Securities Lending Product Development. He is a member of the US Client Asset Steering Committee and a former member of the Assets and Liabilities Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2005 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2010 and partner in 2018.

Prior to joining the firm, Igor was global head of Stock Loan and One Delta Technology at Lehman Brothers from 1998 to 2005.

Igor serves on the DTCC Board Risk Committee and Governance Committee. Additionally, he serves on the board of Good Shepherd Services (GSS), a New York City based community enrichment organization.

Igor earned a BA in Computer Science from New York University in 1995 and an MBA with specializations in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2007.
