John (Jack) L. Klinck, Jr.
John (Jack) L. Klinck, Jr. is a senior executive with extensive international operating experience in capital markets/fund administration and asset management. He has deep knowledge of strategy, M&A, risk management and emerging technologies.
Previously, Jack was on the management committee of State Street where he led global strategy, Alternative Investment Services and started the business unit now called Alpha. He also served as a Vice Chairman at BNY Mellon as CEO of International Operations based in London.
In addition to his role on the DTCC board, Jack serves as a director of Cardlytics and Xpansiv and as a Senior Advisor at BCG. Jack has also been a board member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boy Scouts of America.
Jack holds a master’s in business administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
