Kelley Conway

Kelley Conway is an Executive Vice President and serves as the Head of Corporate & Digital Strategy at Northern Trust. Kelley leads the company’s strategic planning process and plays a key role in the creation of an enterprise digital strategy and roadmap to enhance client experience, produce quicker business outcomes and improve security, stability and scalability.

Kelley brings more than 20 years of consulting experience. Kelley led Accenture’s Financial Services Technology Advisory practice in North America and Global Capital Markets Applied Intelligence practice. Prior to Accenture, she served as lead partner of Financial Services Technology Strategy, part of PwC and formerly Booz & Co.

Kelley has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She sits on the board of trustees for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, was a 2017 Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and a prior board member of Year Up Chicago.
