Kelley Conway serves as a DTCC Board Member and is Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) at Northern Trust. As Northern Trust’s chief data & analytics officer, Kelley is leading firmwide data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics enablement. She oversees the Data & Analytics Office (DAO), unifying enterprise capabilities and standards to ensure data is well‑defined, consistent, and accurate—accelerating delivery of analytics, AI, and client solutions that turn data into measurable business value.
In her role, Kelley also leads Enterprise Change Management and Business Architecture, driving execution efficiency and effectiveness to support the required pace of change inclusive of the shift to a Client Centric Capability (C3) Operating Model.
Kelley brings more than 20 years of consulting experience. Kelley led Accenture’s Financial Services Technology Advisory practice in North America and Global Capital Markets Applied Intelligence practice. Prior to Accenture, she served as lead partner of Financial Services Technology Strategy, part of PwC and formerly Booz & Co.
Kelley has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She sits on the board of trustees for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, was a 2017 Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and a prior board member of Year Up Chicago.
